Lentil Roast
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cup soymilk or any non-dair milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes or whole grain cereal flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
