Meatless Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped nut meal (pecan or walnut)
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs (Italian flavored)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup grated vegan cheese
  • Ener-G Egg Replacer for 2 or 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp garlic salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and shape into small meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Place in a casserole dish and pour your favorite spaghetti sauce over all and bake 30-40 minutes.
